Can you investigate while the care home is occupied?
Tell ADI about occupied rooms, visiting arrangements and essential services when you enquire. Access and any testing interruptions need to be agreed with the home’s staff. Suitability depends on the building, the suspected leak and the investigation required.
Will you need to lift floors or open walls?
ADI uses non-invasive equipment to help narrow down the source before access work is considered. Some leaks still require opening up to confirm the fault or carry out a repair. Ask the team to explain the likely approach for your site.
Do you cover care homes across the UK?
ADI advertises a nationwide commercial service. Send your postcode so the team can confirm coverage, travel arrangements and the next available appointment, especially for islands and remote locations.
Can you provide a report for our estates team?
ADI provides leak investigation reports, with photographic or video evidence where appropriate. Explain who needs the report and what they need to decide, and confirm the reporting scope when booking.
