When the loss is outside the building
Rising consumption, reduced pressure and persistent wet patches can point to a buried leak. Share recent meter readings and any change in occupancy or water use so the engineer has a useful starting point.

Narrowing down the location
Acoustic listening, leak correlation and tracer gas can help locate escaping water. Pipe material, depth, pressure and background noise affect which methods are suitable. ADI selects the equipment for the conditions on your site.
Plan any interruption to the supply
Testing may require access to meters, valves and plant rooms. Agree any temporary isolation with the person responsible for the home before work begins, including how kitchens, laundry and resident bathrooms will be supported.
A clear basis for the repair
Ask ADI to confirm the investigation scope, report and repair options when booking. Locating the leak helps target access work; it does not guarantee that no excavation will be needed.
