Create a brief for each property

Include the postcode, type of suspected leak, systems affected and a local staff contact. Identify which issue needs attention first, based on the group’s own incident assessment.

Keep access local

A group-level booking does not replace the home’s own arrangements. Confirm resident routines, site rules and authorisation for any isolation separately for each property.

Ask for comparable reporting

Explain who will review the findings and approve repairs. Agree the report format and purchase-order requirements with ADI at quotation stage so the next decision is clear.
